Polishing the Foundation.

The mission of the 2008 conference was to to create an industry specific event for concrete polishing and end the feeling of an isolated industry. In bringing together over 250 polishing professionals, architects, engineers, manufacturers, and industry experts the event was established and that feeling of isolation was forever destroyed.
    This years seminars will include a beginners educational track for those with little or moderate knowledge and an advanced track to be sure those with even years of polishing experience gain a deeper understanding and skill set. There will be joint sessions where information that is important to both groups will be presented as well. 
    Industry leading equipment and product manufactures will flood the exhibit hall. As a result of our last event we have expanded our venue to the Gwinnett Convention Center. Demonstration slabs will be present this year.
    For anyone who attended last year or someone who may be asking themselves if they should attend given todays “interesting” economy, there are many, many reasons why the answer is an emphatic YES. 
    First, business studies show that when budgets for education and marketing are cut back, those who continue to learn, network, market, and become the experts own their industry when recessions end. The others are left behind NEVER to catch up. This is especially true for industries where the technology, techniques, chemistry, and equipment is quickly evolving. 
    A second reason is that if finances are a concern there is nowhere on the planet a person can network with, learn from, and speak with more experts and manufacturers for so little money than in Atlanta from October 1st through the 4th at the "International Concrete Polishing and Staining Conference". 
    When you consider:
     1. Being able to participate in beginner, advanced and joint seminars.
     2. Optaining cutting edge information in an industry that changes continuously.
     3. Participating in demonstrations and putting your hands on an entire show space dedicated  
         solely to concrete polishing equipment.
     4. Having the opportunity to be sure your voice is heard at sessions on specifications and
         associations.
