ICPSC partners with World Center for Concrete In keeping with our pledge to offer continued education in an unbiased and academic manor, the ICPSC is pleased to announce its collaboration with the World Center for Concrete Technology (WCCT). Its purpose is to provide leadership, advancement and mastery of concrete technology through education, training, research, testing, information management and communications.The WCCT is located on the campus of Alpena Community College in Alpena Michigan. Alpena Community College offers a two year degree in Concrete Technology along with online training. The WCCT classes presented at this year’s conference will include certificates of completion to those attending.
